1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and any other law relating to the goods or services. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where a term of this warranty would otherwise do so, it applies only to the extent permitted by law.
If you bought your Product through an Arcpoint Authorised Dealer, this warranty sits alongside any warranty the dealer gives you and does not affect your rights against the dealer.

| Product / part | Original Purchaser (individual) | Corporate Purchaser |

A Product moved to a replacement vehicle under section 6 is treated as still fitted to the Original Vehicle. If a Product is sold to an individual but registered to, or used by, a company in its business, Arcpoint may apply the Corporate Purchaser period.
3.2 Structural Components
- Trays (aluminium and steel): main chassis rails and cross members, floor frame, headboard frame, drop side and tailgate frames, mounting brackets made by Arcpoint, and all Arcpoint welds on these parts.
- Canopies: the canopy frame, roof and wall framing, door frames, and all Arcpoint welds on these parts.
- Service bodies: the body sub-frame, compartment framing, roof frame, door frames, and all Arcpoint welds on these parts.
3.3 Components
Components include, but are not limited to, hinges, gas struts, locks and latches, door seals, rubber mounts, drawers and drawer slides, water tanks and taps, lighting and wiring supplied by Arcpoint, toolboxes, jerry can and spare wheel holders, ladder racks, roof bars, and all fasteners. Components made by Arcpoint are covered for 12 months. Parts made by other manufacturers are covered by that manufacturer's warranty, and Arcpoint will help you claim under it.
3.4 Powder coat
Powder coat applied by Arcpoint is covered against peeling, blistering or flaking caused by poor preparation or application. Chips, scratches, fading, chalking, and damage from chemicals or abrasion, including general wear and tear, are not covered.
3.5 Dust & Waterproof Guarantee
Every Arcpoint canopy and service body is tested for dust and water sealing in-house, and must pass before it leaves our workshop.
The Dust & Waterproof Guarantee covers the following for 12 months from the Commencement Date:
- canopy and service body doors;
- underbody toolboxes;
- external toolboxes; and
- underbody pull-out drawers.
If dust or water gets into any of these during the guarantee period, we will repair it under section 3.6. To keep this guarantee, the care and maintenance in section 9 must be carried out.
Seals are consumable parts. They wear with use and need replacing over time, depending on the conditions the Product is used in. Normal seal wear is not covered by this guarantee.
3.6 What we will do
If Arcpoint confirms a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair, replace or adjust the defective part free of charge for parts and labour. For a failure that is not a major failure, we choose whether to repair or replace. For a major failure, your rights under section 1 apply.
A Product fitted by anyone other than Arcpoint or an Authorised Dealer is not covered by this warranty (see section 5).
4. When Cover Starts
The warranty starts on the Commencement Date, which is:
| How you bought it | Commencement Date |
|---|---|
| Fitted by Arcpoint | The date we tell you the vehicle is ready to collect |
| Fitted by an Authorised Dealer | The date the dealer completes fitting, as shown on their invoice |
Kilometres are measured from the vehicle's odometer reading on the Commencement Date. Arcpoint or the Authorised Dealer will record that reading on the invoice. If no reading was recorded, we will use the best available record, such as the vehicle's service or registration history.
This warranty applies to Products sold on or after 18 October 2026. Products sold before that date stay covered by the warranty terms in force when they were sold.
5. Conditions of Cover
To keep this warranty, you need to:
- Load and use the Product within its rated capacity, the vehicle's axle load limits and its Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM), including any certified GVM upgrade.
- Have the Product fitted by Arcpoint or an Authorised Dealer.
- Carry out the care and maintenance in section 9, and keep a simple record of it. Dates and odometer readings are enough.
- Have repairs, modifications or welding on the Product done only by Arcpoint or an Authorised Dealer, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Tell us about a defect as soon as reasonably possible after you notice it, and stop using the Product if continued use could cause further damage or a safety risk.
Fitting. You can fit a tray, canopy or service body yourself, or have someone else fit it. However, this warranty only applies to Products fitted by Arcpoint or an Authorised Dealer. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply however the Product is fitted.
Other conditions. If you do not meet conditions 1, 3, 4 or 5, the warranty will not cover a defect caused or made worse by that failure. Defects unrelated to it remain covered.
6. Ownership, Transfer and Refitting
Lifetime cover is personal. The lifetime structural warranty ends when the Original Purchaser sells or transfers the Product, or the vehicle it is fitted to.
Fixed-term cover can pass to the next owner. The 5 year / 150,000 km and 12-month warranties continue for the next owner for whatever time and kilometres remain, if the new owner registers the transfer with Arcpoint within 30 days of buying.
Financed and leased vehicles. If the vehicle is under a lease, novated lease or finance arrangement, the person or business that uses and pays for it is treated as the Original Purchaser. The financier's ownership does not change the warranty period, and paying out the finance is not a transfer.
Moving the Product to another vehicle. The Original Purchaser keeps their cover if the Product is moved to a replacement vehicle, provided Arcpoint or an Authorised Dealer removes, refits and inspects it, and confirms the refit in writing. Any damage found at that inspection is not covered. A Product refitted by anyone else loses its warranty for defects caused by the removal or refitting.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer guarantee that continues to apply to the Product under the Australian Consumer Law, including for later owners.
7. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover loss, damage or defects caused by any of the following. Each exclusion applies only where that cause led to the problem.
Wear and appearance
- Normal wear of moving parts, seals and rubbers through use.
- Scratches, dents, stone chips, scuffs and fading.
Loading and use
- Loading beyond the Product's rated capacity, the vehicle's axle limits or GVM, or carrying loads that are unevenly placed or not properly secured.
- Accidents, collisions, rollovers, or impacts with objects, terrain or other vehicles.
- Use for a purpose the Product was not designed for, such as towing from the Product, lifting the vehicle by it, or fitting cranes or equipment without Arcpoint's written approval.
Fitting, repairs and modifications
- Repairs, welding or modifications not done by Arcpoint or an Authorised Dealer.
- Accessories, drilling or attachments not supplied or approved by Arcpoint, where they caused the defect.
- The vehicle's own chassis, body mounts, suspension, wiring or other parts covered by the vehicle maker's warranty.
Environment and corrosion
- Corrosion caused by chemicals, fertiliser, cleaning agents, or contact between aluminium and other metals added after fitting.
- Damage from salt water or sand where the care steps in section 9 were not followed. Normal beach and off-road use is not excluded.
- Fire, flood, hail, storm and other natural events, theft and vandalism.
Maintenance
- Failure to carry out the care and maintenance in section 9.
- Further damage from continuing to use the Product after a fault became obvious.
Costs
- Indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income, vehicle downtime or hire costs, except where you are entitled to them under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Care and Maintenance
These checks take about 30 to 60 minutes and keep your Product, and your warranty, in good shape. Keep a note of the date and odometer reading each time.
| When | What to do |
|---|---|
| First 1,000 km after fitting | Check all mounting bolts are tight and haven't moved. Check lights, wiring and plugs work and are secure. |

| After beach, salt or muddy use | Wash the Product and underside with fresh water within a few days, including inside compartments and around mounts. |
| Every 12 months | All 10,000 km checks, plus inspect welds and mounts for cracks, and touch up any chips in the powder coat. |
| Any time | Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and high-pressure jets aimed directly at seals, locks or wiring. |
