Arcpoint trays, canopies and service bodies are built to order in regional Queensland. Online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Allora, roughly 26 km north of Warwick and around 58 km south of Toowoomba on the Southern Downs.

Orders travel with Australia Post and TNT/FedEx Road Express, to residential and business street addresses. What that costs and how long it takes depends on product weight, dimensions, Dangerous Goods classification and your delivery postcode, so it is calculated at checkout rather than estimated here.

Parcels, oversized freight and large items

Accessory orders travel with Australia Post or TNT/FedEx Road Express. Some larger items are handled differently.

Products such as drawer systems, roof bars, mounting systems and larger canopy accessories may be classified as oversized freight. Those consignments can need extra handling and transit time, a signature on delivery, help to unload at the address, and in some regions a booked delivery window. If extra freight charges apply because of size or location, our team contacts you before dispatch.

Some products contain large lithium batteries and are classified as Dangerous Goods, which carries its own handling rules. Oversized, bulky and Dangerous Goods consignments cannot go to a PO Box or Parcel Locker and need a physical street address. Remote and rural locations may require additional transit time beyond standard estimates.

Tray and canopy delivery across Queensland

Arcpoint Industries can arrange delivery of trays, canopies and other large products across Queensland, either depot to depot or directly to a residential or business address with forklift access.

Forklift access is required for deliveries to residential or business addresses.
TNT/FedEx deliver to most Australian postcodes, however additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-service locations.
Products can be delivered directly to customers, however Arcpoint Industries is not responsible for fitting when products are delivered directly rather than to an authorised fitter.
Customer pickup from our Allora workshop is also available.

Arcpoint Industries is based in Allora, on Queensland's Southern Downs. Arcpoint does not have a pickup location in New South Wales, however customer pickup from the Allora workshop is available if collecting in person suits you better than freight.

Warehouse pickup, including for trays and canopies, may be available for selected products from our Allora facility. Where pickup is available for your order, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions once it's ready for collection.

Do you ship to regional and remote Queensland?

We ship to residential and business street addresses Australia-wide, which includes regional and remote Queensland. Remote and rural locations may require additional transit time beyond standard estimates.

Where do Queensland orders ship from?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Allora, Queensland, on the Southern Downs between Toowoomba and Warwick.

How much does shipping to Queensland cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, Dangerous Goods classification and your delivery postcode.

Can I pick up my order in Queensland?

Warehouse pickup may be available for selected products from our Allora facility. If it is available for your order, the option is presented at checkout, and you will receive a notification with instructions once the order is ready for collection.

Can you deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are only available for eligible Australia Post shipments. Oversized, bulky, Dangerous Goods and TNT/FedEx Road Express consignments must be sent to a physical street address.

Will wet season weather delay my delivery?

It can. Delivery estimates are a guide only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may increase during peak periods, public holidays, severe weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Do you deliver trays and canopies anywhere in Queensland?

Yes, to many locations across Queensland. Trays and canopies can be delivered depot to depot, or to a residential or business address with forklift access for unloading. TNT/FedEx service most Australian postcodes, though out-of-service-area or remote delivery charges may apply, which can be more common for addresses across Queensland.
